Thank you for your desire to help Gull Lake Little League during the 2023 season. The success of our league is greatly impacted by the quality of our umpires working each game. We have some great umpires but we can always use a few more.

Requirements to be an umpire for Gull Lake Little League:

1. Be at least 14 years old (exceptions may be made if an adult is also working the same game).
2. Attend an umpire training (several options available), or demonstrate a good understanding of the rule and how to manage a game as determined by the Umpire-in-Chief.
3. Reliable transportation (games begin at 6:00 P.M. umpires must arrive by 5:45 P.M.)
4. Be willing to receive feedback and have a desire to always be improving.

If you are interested in becoming an umpire, please follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the Umpire Agreement
2. Fill out the volunteer application form New or Returning
3. After filling out those forms our UIC will be in contact to sign you up for one of our training times. Training will be offered on Thursday, April 25th from 5:00-830PM, and Saturday, April 27th from 9:00-11:30AM.
